Postby Gary » Mon Apr 21, 2008 6:52 am

The season is finally here!

Our first group ride is planned for Sunday. 4-27-08, meet up at the North Market at noon.

I'll plan the first one. Time to brush up on your group riding skills!

Invite anyone you like, it's not just for Posse members, all are welcome. 8)

I think I am going to be able to do this one. I should be able to take Main St all the way down into the city and then work my way to the North Market.

I just got back from a little ride around my area. I went to the gym this morning and then went over to City Barbeque for lunch on Main St. Nice little trip. Passed another guy on a scooter.

Got back home, checked CNBC, saw the price of oil. First thought that entered my mind... What a great time to buy a scooter!

Twojacks has a plan. I'm thankful since I prefer riding in the back. I run too many red lights to be a good ride leader.

I always get the lead, you better watch out I did a bad job reading the map out of Cinci remember?

Plan is to go N. on Sunbury Rd to Sunbury, then cross over Cheishire and head to Alum creek and come S. from there, any one what to map it and take the lead come on down. I wanna hang out with Gary 8)

It was a great ride out to Sunbury yesterday, around 58 miles round trip. The weather cooperated nicely although I'll be glad when we start seeing it warm up even more.

We met up at the North Market and ran into some of the Cutters who were planning the ride for this year's Que.

I took a new mounted video camera with us but it was very shaky and seemed to run out of batteries too quickly. I'll have better vid and pictures next time.

Forecast for this weekend is cool and rain so we'll see how the weather shapes up before we plan another ride for Sunday.

Thanks to all who were able to attend, it's fun to ride and have scooter talk with fellow enthusiasts!

Okay, 50-50 shot at rain on Sunday, let's ride anyway. Meet at N. Market at noon on Sunday. Maybe we won't get as far as Surley Girls, but let's give it a shot. If it's nice, maybe we can bust in to Delaware and see the new Posse baby!

Sounds like we have somewhere between 100 and 110% chance of rain tomorrow. Sounds like a good day for old movies and popcorn.

No riding for me tomorrow.
