Sweet, I'm sure my agent, Bill Bailey, has seen it already. But it's the first time for me, thanks!

Wow, I am so glad everyone is ok! I told Dustin about it, and we both send easy repair vibes to both of you.

What about Euro Bike Night tonight? Artful Yogi and I will be there and are planning to have dinner at Spagio as it is our anniversary. Anyone who wants to join us is certainly welcome, we'll be there around 6PM. If it is raining we'll be on four wheels instead of two.

Good to see you guys;)

Postby sallyb » Tue Sep 30, 2008 10:54 pm

I was so happy to get out and see some of you guys tonight, however briefly. Eurobike night is a fun event, unfortunately it was also my son's curriculum night at school, so I only caught a few minutes, then had to run to the store/home, sadly. I am looking forward to the big ride to Hocking Hills, should be a great one. Sally(I was excited so many Peasy's won things tonight, the group must have good Karma, Sally

Sorry to hear about the scooters going down and glad there were no serious injuries. The place to get the leg shield trim is from the dealer. It comes pre-formed and you won't find a substitute anywhere, plus it is inexpensive. I replaced the right side on my ex's GTS and although it is a bit of a pain, it is not really difficult. You do have to loosen the glove box and the floor panel to change it out. If you need any tips or help when you are ready to install it let me know.

Thanks Jeff. I'm going to get an estimate tomorrow just for a point of reference. I want to do as much of the repairs myself as I can. I may shoot you a PM for some tips when I get down to work.

Ok, I just dropped off my scoot at Zoots to check out that oil leak and a messed up bolt in the front fork. I'm crossing my fingers to get it back before Sunday so I can possibly, maybe, actually make it to a group ride before it get s too cold. I'm looking at clear skies and 80 degrees for Sunday, which would be AWESOME.

I'm sorry your truck only gets 10 miles to the gallon. YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A SCOOTER.

I'll be sure to let you know when I do it. I ordered the trim a few days ago so it's just a matter of when the part gets here vs. when Tony takes my Scoot to do the paint.
